中國政府頒布了以云計算為重點的《關(guān)于促進云計算創(chuàng)新發(fā)展培育產(chǎn)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)的意見》戰(zhàn)略計劃，支持與大力發(fā)展云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)。在中國，云計算大數(shù)據(jù)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活躍，智力資源集聚，創(chuàng)新力度增強，在云操作系統(tǒng)、云安全、大容量存儲與處理、大數(shù)據(jù)分析與挖掘等核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方面取得較好進展，云計算大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)專利數(shù)增長迅速。其次，云計算大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，相關(guān)企業(yè)數(shù)量快速增長，2015年中國云計算大數(shù)據(jù)市場規(guī)模約為1500億元，年增長率超過35％。再者，云計算大數(shù)據(jù)應用范圍擴展，改變了傳統(tǒng)信息化模式。公共云服務為更多用戶接受，應用領(lǐng)域從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快速向行業(yè)信息化擴展。

China Cloud Computing Summit 2017 will be held in Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast on January 30^th-31^st, 2017. The summit is organized by ECV International Shanghai.

In recent years, cloud computing technology has been widely used in many domains, such as manufacture, intelligent transportation system, and finance industry. China has promulgated the “Promoting the Innovative Development of Cloud Computing and Cultivating New Normal of Information Industry” strategic plan with the focus of cloud computing. Examples of cloud services include, but are not limited to, IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service), PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service). The underlying cloud architecture includes a pool of virtualized compute, storage and networking resources that can be aggregated and launched as platforms to run workloads and satisfy their Service-Level Agreement (SLA). Cloud architectures also include provisions to best guarantee service delivery for clients and at the same time optimize efficiency of resources of providers. Examples of provisions include, but are not limited to, elasticity through up/down scaling of resources to track workload behavior, extensive monitoring, failure mitigation, and energy optimizations.
