On January 12, China Telecom announced that it will fully open source its large-scale AI model. At present, China Telecom has announced that the star AI large model will be open source to the whole society through Github, Gitee and Huggingface platforms, and disclose its underlying code, algorithm logic and its prefabricated various basic large models, development modules, training tools and other core product capabilities. Users can either directly invoke the large model, or fine-tune or personalize the large model according to their own business needs, or load their own knowledge base or data, so as to adjust the ideal result that is more in line with their own business needs and more personalized.
