At the 2023 Global Digital Economy Conference Artificial Intelligence Summit held on July 2, Zhang Xin, deputy general manager of China Telecom Group Digital Intelligence Technology Branch, announced TeleChat Big Model, China Telecom's version of ChatGPT product, which supports output code, writing speeches, etc. Its company's R&D goal is to create 10,000-level AI algorithm pods in order to become a 10-billion-level AI service provider, with products covering AI algorithms, platform, application, hardware, big model, etc.
